The 3 Steps of NFH
Step One

This is before you have encountered an NFH. You may remember how some of these days felt.
You get up in the morning having slept well, turn on your TV, get ready for work, or school, or your day in general and toddle off. Not a care in the world other than the obvious things in life, like the 'do list' of bills to pay, the housework you wish would do itself, the kids driving you nuts or the dog/cat/budgie/ferret (delete as appropriate), the job you go to everyday which you may not like.
But it pays the bills right?
You come home, life is still good, you have your food, wash up, maybe watch some TV, put a good film on and listen to it on full sound to get the 'atmosphere' of the film or music, or you chill out reading a good book or painting. Whatever you do, you enjoy it, and it's yours to enjoy.
You go out and have a ball, then come home and don't worry about what time it is. You are not shouting or serenading next door's cat or anything, you just come in normally, maybe grab a drink and head off to bed.
You marvel at wonderful summer days, getting out into your garden listening to the kids playing, smelling the bbq's and catching the music around you.
Things are just peachy in summer.
Life is no problem, just with those little minor annoyances, but pretty good by all accounts.
