Environmental Protection Act 1990
Describes/details 'statutory nuisances' and the summary proceedings to be applied. Covers practice on other issues (e.g. Litter/Refuse) and other environmental issues to prevent pollution of the air, land or water from sources of emission. The act basically gives provision for the main 'controls' of nuisances that may be described as a 'statutory nuisance' which also include a noise nuisance (e.g. leisure, domestic, industrial, business activities, including car alarms).
