Access to Neighbouring Land Act 1992

Where there is no current and established right of entry to a neighbouring property (only for the purposes of repair, inspection under any property lease or title documents with such things as drains, electrical wires, pipe work, etc) this act may be applied.

The legislation presented in the act allows any person to make an application (fee payable) to the County Court for an order allowing access to enter a neighbours land in order to carry out necessary repairs.
